The practice of mindfulness provides a simple and accessible way to live in open and accepting awareness in the present moment.  Letting go of worries of the past or what could be in the future naturally allows a greater sense of calm, joy and contentment to arise in every day living. 

A warm welcome to Living Mindfulness and Meditation! We are based in Red Hill on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.

We provide classes, courses and retreats in:

•   meditation and mindfulness
•   loving kindness meditation and skills for developing ‘kindfulness’
•   insight meditation and contemplation based on the Buddha’s teachings
•   relaxation (yoga nidra)
•   group, corporate, or private classes at the Bodhi Studio or at your workplace

These practices help you develop the skills to relax, reduce stress, increase resilience and focus, and create calm, happiness and wisdom in your life.
